If you would like to return your watch or exchange new watch, please Contact us first, we will send CORRECT return address to you.

Order processing

We need 1-2 working days to process your order before shipping without any delay. The delivery time will be 5-7 working days. Tracking After we ship the package, customer will receive an confirmation email with a tracking number in it. Online Tracking can track your package at different stages. If you can’t track it, please try it again one or two days later, or ask our customer service for help.

Return Policy

In 7 days (from the day the goods is signed for /received), if you request returning the purchased item, it can be returned under the following conditions. we can't pick up the item from your location you can ship it back to us on the address mentioned in your invoice through a courier service of your choice. We will reimburse the return shipping charges upto 5% of the product price or Rs.300, whichever is lower. To ensure that we can identify and track the product(s) returned by you, please do inform us of the name of the courier company and the courier tracking number/ AWB number/ Docket number. Please note that we will not be able to initiate the refund process, if we do not have the these details. These details can be sent to us via email us at [email protected] or call us on +91-793-368-5782  between 10 AM to 6 PM India Time. Please be noted that after 7 days we may not issue a refund, but exchange may be acceptable.

Exchange and Refund

Exchanges In 7 days (from the day the goods is signed for /received), if you find the products you purchase are not satisfying, they can be Exchange and refunded under the following conditions: The products should be sent back in original packaging and in good condition, The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product back in our warehouse and we have completed all quality checks to ensure that the product is unused, except of course for the issue described by you. We will refund the entire amount paid by you for the product and the money will be directly credited to your SwissCrown.net's Account within 24 hours of reaching the warehouse. Please Note: Shipping Charges and COD charges are not refundable. Once the refund amount is in your SwissCrown.net's Account, you can use the credit to order a replacement or buy something new as and when you like. Exchanges will be subject to price difference adjustment (if there is any).

Please be advised that if you want to replace the item after the 7 days, you are suggested to contact us directly for further processing. All you need to do is simply email us at [email protected] or call us on +91-793-368-5782, (between 10 AM to 6 PM India Time) telling us about the product(s) you would like to Exchange.
